This trip we will visit Roos Hill Wines, a fully operational winery that grows and processes their own grapes, for a tour of the winery and wine tasting. The owner James Robson is an BMIHMS Alumna and this makes this winery an extra special place for our students to visit.
After the winery visit we will go to the Bathurst Winter Festival and students can enjoy the outdoor ice skating rink or go on the rides. Plus there are food stalls, light displays installation and other attractions that you can enjoy.
The bus will depart Bathurst at 9pm and be back on campus at 10.30pm.

We are so honoured and privileged to be hosting our next talk with Sue Stevens, who not only has a masters in both human nutrition and counselling and psychotherapy, but is also a practicing clinician of 26 years, and a highly regarded lecturer of 15 years.
Sue will be taking us all on a journey through a topic that is of huge interest to us all; female hormone metabolism!
