Counsellors are non-judgmental and do not diagnose; they listen and help you explore areas of concern and work on strategies that will help you get through your studies. Counselling provides a confidential and neutral place to freely express your needs and concerns.

Supervised by a qualified practitioner at The Practice, our Master of Counselling student counsellors can help with anxiety, adjusting to life changes, grief, loss, anger management, social skills and more.
Sessions go for 50 minutes and are free for all enrolled students. Face-to-face sessions available at Surry Hills clinic. Telehealth is available nationally. Book an appointment with a Master of Counselling student.

For students living outside Australia, Torrens has partnered with Medibank/AHM Health Insurance to provide on-demand counselling support.
You do not need to have health insurance to access this 24hr service, however please note that for this service call costs apply.
