Update your details

To change your details you can do it yourself if you still have access to the portal. If not, please complete the change of details form and send it to us.

Note: If you are updating your name, you will need to provide a Change of Name Certificate, Marriage Certificate, or Divorce Certificate.

Note: Please make sure your address is up to date so we can ensure we are posting any requested documents to the correct location.

Downgrade & early exit awards

Students have the option at the point of withdrawal to request exit with a lower level qualification, this will mean if your course has any nested awards we can check your eligibility for them. For example, if you’re studying a Masters, it may have the option for you to exit with a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma.

Ensure you tick this option when requesting to withdraw, or if already withdrawn notify us.

Your enrolment will be withdrawn and then assessed against the lower level courses to see if you meet the requirements. If you do, you will be notified via email and your enrolment will then be put through the course completion process as outlined above.
