What is an online learning platform?
MyLearn, your online learning platform (also know as a learning portal) is where you will access your course and subject content, submit assessments, and interact with other students and your learning facilitators.
MyLearn has been designed to meet the current needs of our staff and students with the aim of improving the experience of everyone.
From July 2024, everyone studying here will be using MyLearn.

Blackboard retirement information
Torrens University's license for Blackboard will expire in January 2025.
There was a significant platform on Thursday 1 August 2024. This changed the Blackboard homepage layout, impacting how you navigate to your old subjects.
Important
- You will use MyLearn to access your current or future course content.
- Previous course/subject content will not move to MyLearn.
- We will not be able to support student access to Blackboard after the end of July.
Yes, you still have access to Blackboard - we are now using Blackboard Ultra, so you will find that your homepage looks different.
Please make sure you update your bookmark to Blackboard Ultra.
To find your old subjects, navigate to Courses in the left-hand panel. Here, you will see a list of subjects that you have previously completed.
If your Learning Facilitator has enabled permission to download the recording of your online session, you will be able to download. However, not all recordings have that permission to download. If you do not have this permission, you can request access by contacting the Learning Facilitator who taught this subject.
If you cannot get in touch with your previous Learning Facilitator, please contact Student Services.
