What is an online learning platform?
MyLearn, your online learning platform (also know as a learning portal) is where you will access your course and subject content, submit assessments, and interact with other students and your learning facilitators.
MyLearn has been designed to meet the current needs of our staff and students with the aim of improving the experience of everyone.
From July 2024, everyone studying here will be using MyLearn.

Can't see a subject on your learning platform?
Torrens University's license for Blackboard will expire in January 2025.
However, there will be a significant platform on Thursday 1 August 2024.
This update will change the Blackboard homepage layout, impacting how you navigate to your old subjects.
- You will use MyLearn to access your current or future course content.
- Previous course/subject content will not move to MyLearn.
- We will not be able to support student access to Blackboard after the end of July.
If you have any placement documents that need to be submitted after 31 July, we are working on a solution so you will not be impacted and we will keep you updated. In the meantime, please download what you need from Blackboard.
Before the platform update, we recommended you save any important files from Blackboard to ensure you have a copy for future reference.
Download (or print to PDF) any course/subject content, such as:
- subject outlines
- your submitted assesments + briefs
- portfolios
- discussion forum content
- Learning Facilitator feedback
