Health & Wellbeing Week

'Be Good Be Well: Health & Wellbeing Week' is all about you looking after yourself!  Your studies are important but so is your health and wellbeing.  This week is for students and staff to have a special focus on learning and growing in areas relating to health and wellbeing.  We have amazing speakers from within our university as well as wonderful guest speakers.

Please check out the schedule (which will be released during the middle of each trimester) and put some time aside to make time for you!  Remember you cannot pour from an empty cup.

Be Good Be Well Week is usually held in week 7 of each trimester.

Trimester 2 2022 | Monday 11 - Friday 15 July

There are 10 events being held over the week. Check out the full calendar of sessions and make a plan for which ones you’d like to attend.

Plus, you will have the chance to win a $50 voucher for each session you attend (available to currently enrolled students only).
