As a part of the Success Coach team's first-year program, you'll abe able to access workshops, group coaching, and short, easy-to-follow coaching videos to help you set and reach goals, boost performance, and improve wellbeing.
You can also join the Mentor Connect Program. Working with a student mentor has been proven to help first-year students transition smoothly into university life. Connect with mentors through the Vygo platform for online support sessions or text chats.
