How do I know who my Success Coach is?
Check your inbox in Week 1 to find out who will be coaching you.
Your Coach will contact you, whether you’re on campus or online. If you want to find out in advance, or have more questions, your Student Services team can help.
Note: If you are studying the Diploma of Nursing, your Success Coach is your Program Coordinator
When can I meet my Coach?
Regardless of your study mode, you can choose a coaching option that suits you – online, on campus or some of each. Our coaches are also available after hours, just let your Coach know when you’d prefer to meet.

workshops for tips and advice on topics such as resume and cover letter writing, online branding and successful interview techniques
Careers Connect, our online platform where employers advertise internships, work placements, casual jobs and graduate jobs exclusively for you

Sessions with Success Coaches can take place in person or online and typically run for 30 to 45 minutes.
Your success coach is part cheerleader and part problem-solver.
Their first priority is to make sure you are connected, motivated and engaged in your learning.
