'Be Good Be Well: Health & Wellbeing Week' is all about you looking after yourself!  Your studies are important but so is your health and wellbeing.  This week is for students and staff to have a special focus on learning and growing in areas relating to health and wellbeing.  We have amazing speakers from within our university as well as wonderful guest speakers.

Please check out the schedule and put some time aside to make time for you!  Remember you cannot pour from an empty cup.

 

Daily prizes

There is a $50 prize voucher each day – so check out the schedule below to find out which sessions have prizes (look for the trophy icon ) and join in for your chance to win!  Disclaimer: The prizes will be strictly for current students studying with us.

All on-campus events will be run in compliance with local government requirements, meaning there are limits on the number of people allowed to be present in the room.
